Located in Wainfleet just minutes from Skegness, this modern self-catering cottage offers stylish interiors, private outdoor hot tub, and easy access to the Lincolnshire coast.
Ground Floor:
Living Room: With wood burner, Smart TV and French doors leading to the courtyard. There is a small double sofa bed if required (please mention when booking if planning on using the sofa bed).
Dining Room: With French doors leading to the courtyard.
Kitchen: With breakfast bar, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, winecooler and dishwasher.
Utility Room: With washer and dryer.
Separate Toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed.
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachment, toilet and heated towel rail.
Travel cot, highchair and fire guard available on request. Shared lawned enclosed front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Small rear patio with garden furniture. Hot tub (private). Private parking for 1-2 cars.
All properties: Underfloor air source heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. No smoking.

A beautifully decorated cottage with everything you need for your stay, close to Skegness and local shops, I would definitely stay here again.
Had a lovely week at mr george,accommodation was fab,one of the best we’ve ever stayed in,quiet village but not far away from Skegness by car,well done to the owners,great place
Beautiful cottage very modern & clean & the hot tub was just perfect.
Not a lot to do in Wainfleet however if you’re looking for something more lively Skegness is about a 10 minute drive
Absolutely beautiful cottage, couldn’t fault a thing! Fab location, village pubs are so welcoming. Hot tub was gorgeous, couldn’t recommend these cottages highly enough!
