Arrivals are anytime after 4pm and we require guests to depart by 10am.
We offer a self check-in/ check out service here. A code will be provided to access the key lockbox next to the front door. We ask that the key be returned to the lockbox upon departure.
We offer 3 night breaks from a Friday through the main season. Between the months of October to the end of march we are happy to offer 2 night stays subject to availability, so please contact us to discuss our availability.
Yes you can! We welcome up to two dogs per cottage at no extra charge. Please note they must be 6 months old and over.
The nearest shop is a CO-OP mini market just down the road. Open hours are from 7am – 10pm 7 days a week. Skegness is the nearest large town and is less than 6 miles away. Here you will find a Tesco, M&S Food Hall, Morrison’s, Aldi and Lidl.
Just down the road you’ll find a couple restaurants serving pub food, a pizza/kebab takeaway, a fish and chip shop and a Chinese takeaway. Skegness, being only 5 miles away, can also offer a variety of other options.
Smoking is stictly prohibited in all the accommodations. Guests may smoke in their patio or garden area but must use the ashtrays provided.
