Cottage decorated and fitted to a very high spec. Shared Garden across the driveway so not ideal for our dog who loves and adventure! Very nice hot tub in small private courtyard.

Our break away was a last minute thought, but what a great place we’ve found. The approach to the cottages is eye catching and exceptionally smart, once inside the Mash Room cottage the first thing we noticed was how clean and perfectly presented the accommodation is. It has all the facilities you need and the bed is so comfy, the shower/toilet is compact but manageable and the shower was just perfect. We could not really fault anything about this wonderful cottage which is a credit to the owners, we will certainly be looking to rebook and visit again. Thanks for a great short break 🙂
Absolutely loved this cottage. The beds were so comfortable and everything was well looked after. I would suggest getting a couple of side tables for the living room as there is nowhere to put a drink except on the floor. We visit Skegness twice a year and we would definitely stay here again. Well done to Zoe and her team .
The accommodation was amazing , very well looked after and well equipped . Town is quaint with a few good pubs and an array of places locally to visit on days out. I would recommend xxxb to anyone wanting a quality holiday
We had a great week, the cottage itself was perfect luxury and very comfortable! We had a few personal requests, in regards to our disabled son, which were sorted by Zoe straight away! The staff members we met were all lovely and friendly too!
We loved the location too, a lovely quiet but friendly village, but just a short drive or train ride into Skegness where there are plenty of things to do! (The Seal sanctuary was our favourite). The beeches in the area are fantastic too!
We didn’t get a chance to sample the village pubs but they looked most welcoming! We sampled the fish and chip shop and the Chinese takeaway both were highly recommended! We were fortunate to witness the village’s summer fair, which was great to see the lovely community in action!
The Village has great facilities, two pubs, cafe’s, great takeaways, a park with playground, Chemist, co-op with cash machine, a market square, a train station, village hall, even a staffed petrol pump. There is also plenty of information around regarding the villages history, its small museum, quaint church and Brewery.
We would highly recommend taking a holiday to these cottages!
This is a beautifully appointed and very well finished and equipped cottage. Luxury all the way. The development seems new and we could have been the first ones using it but there wasn’t anything the owners had missed. We had a toddler and requested a fireguard which was delivered and fitted the next day, as was a slip mat for the shower. Nothing was too much trouble. One minor criticism there was no dustpan and brush or hoover if one of the children dropped something but hey ho who wants to be cleaning up while away anyhow! We will definitely go back there.
A really lovely conversion of a former pub in an historic town with local pubs and shops on the doorstep. Well located for the coast and beaches including Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. The cottage is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. We were very well looked after by Zoe and her team and look forward to staying again in the future.
