Cottages with Hot Tubs in Lincolnshire

A hot tub is one of the best reasons to book a break on the Lincolnshire coast: a cold walk, a warm soak, a glass of something nice under the stars. At Acorn, two of our cottages have their own private hot tub. Here’s where to find them, and what a stay is actually like.

Mr George, Wainfleet

Mr George is the only one of our Wainfleet cottages with a private hot tub. It’s a quiet spot, part of the converted Royal Oak pub, a few minutes from Batemans Brewery and the Steeping River walks. Good for couples or a small group who want the countryside version of a hot tub break: real ale on tap nearby, dog walks from the door, nothing rushed.

One recent guest wrote: “Had a lovely week at Mr George, accommodation was fab, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in.”

The Pool House, Skegness

The Pool House is part of our Skegness collection and has a private hot tub alongside a striking sunken lounge, all within walking distance of the town centre. This is the hot tub break for anyone who wants the beach, the arcades and the seafront a short stroll away, then a hot tub to end the day. It’s the one we’d point you to if hot tub plus proper coastal-town buzz is the brief.

What about the rest of our cottages?

At our Wainfleet location, only Mr George has a hot tub. In Skegness, three of our cottages will have hot tubs, coming Autumn 2026. If you’re weighing up a Skegness stay more broadly, our Skegness Holiday Cottages page covers the full collection, and our Hot Tub Breaks in Skegness guide goes into more detail on planning the trip itself.
